I brought my husbands glasses in to the office as he bent the arm on one side. They straightened it, replaced the nose pads and cleaned them. Very happy with the service and the welcome and courtesy shown me. No charge also!!! Highly recommend them
The staff is very professional and friendly and do a great job.
DR Allen is the best both my Daughter and I had a very good appointments I would highly recommend DR Allen and Chris the eye guy and the rest of FYI Osoyoos
Quick and nice people
I got several glasses from them for reading, distance driving and progressive ones for work. The prices are good and the service is great. Even when you got a problem like broken frame, lost nose pads or like last week a loose screw, they are always helpful and very often don’t charge for smaller services! I definitely appreciate their help and professional work ethics!
