Amazing fast and friendly service!! My husband had an unfortunate accident with his glasses yesterday and broke the arm off. I took it in to FYI unannounced and within 5 mins Ainsley had them fixed up and I was on my way, no charge! She was so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
I was so impressed with Ainsley! I had just gone in to drop off some used eyeglasses as my Mother had just passed away and mentioned that my nose piece on my own brand new glasses had fallen off - I asked if I could make an appointment to have them repaired and she said “if you give me 3 minutes I will do it right now!” I was so happy to get this annoyance out of my way and when she promptly returned my (nicely cleaned) glasses to me was told “no charge!” Wow - what a great surprise! EMERGENCY! So, I am mixing fertilizer for the tomatoes and my sunglasses fell right off my head! I promised Dr. Hill I would always wear them, so I immediately jumped in the car and headed over to FYI. Within five minutes, Anne fixed my sunglasses (for free!) and now we are back in the tomato business! For at least 15 years I have had phenomenal service at FYI, but this was over the top! THANK YOU!
Super nice people and a large selection of eyeglass frames. And like others, they repaired my reading glasses for free!
