My lens popped out of my frame. I saw FYI doctors whom we have used before. Went in and was courteously served. The kind lady took a little while to fix it. I was wondering why if it’s just a screw. When she was done I was amazed to see she had meticulously put a small bolt and nut as the old screw was stripped. Fixed my nose pads too. About to pay and was touched when she said it’s free of charge. Osoyoos you are lucky to have this company there!! Thank you!! (Sorry did not get your name)
