Jane Woolaver is informative and genuinely friendly. Most importantly , she has that extra sense of knowing what glasses are the right fit and are suitable, without trying on a hundred of them. She also knows the technical aspects of her job and was able to make changes in the rotation of my lens. A valuable employee.
Every once in awhile you have a customer service experience that reminds you why it is so important and helpful to have human being to help you find the right product. The arm on my eyeglasses broke, so I took it in to FYI hoping I could find another frame to fit. Since they were an older pair I knew it would be difficult as most newer frames are quite a bit larger. Jane Woolaver absolutely knew from my prescription how important measurements are to getting the most out of my poor vision.
