Had a fantastic experience getting a new pair of sunglasses here. I needed them before an upcoming trip, and they assured me they could get them in time, which they did! Jane was wonderful to work with, and so patient with me as I came in multiple times to try on different frames. Eventually I found a pair I liked and she ordered them in for me, and they arrived just in time for my trip! I even brought them back a few weeks later because I had dropped them and a screw came loose, and they fixed them for me right on the spot!... read more
Got new glasses in Barrie Ontario last Saturday, managed to break them by Wednesday! Went into the FYIdoctors store in New Minas NS to see if they could help me, and the staff were amazing! Told me I had a screw loose (!!!!) but fixed them for me in 5 minutes! Wonderful team! Thank you so much!
Jane Woolaver is informative and genuinely friendly. Most importantly , she has that extra sense of knowing what glasses are the right fit and are suitable, without trying on a hundred of them. She also knows the technical aspects of her job and was able to make changes in the rotation of my lens. A valuable employee.
Every once in awhile you have a customer service experience that reminds you why it is so important and helpful to have human being to help you find the right product. This was my recent experience purchasing glasses with the help of the wonderful and talented Jane Woolaver at FYI doctors. Making a purchase of this magnitude is not something I take lightly.
