These people don’t even know what they are doing I had a prescription not from Canada but it was within the last two years. They said they only accept prescriptions within NB. I went to Vogue Optical they helped with no hesitation. Later for prescription sunglasses went to Costco for branded glasses with affordable prices. Save your trip guys
Terribly slow service, waited more than an hour and half to pick up my new glasses and have them fitted... Excuses like we're short staffed today just dont cut it, understaffed is really what's good on here. And by the way, this not meant to be a complaint against the lovely staff that are helping the clients. It's only about the business itself and its owners.
Awesome receptionists, very helpful. Dr. Daniel was amazing and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
