I’m new to glasses. The front office was professional and fast to get me in. Dr. Fitzgerald was awesome. I was fitted for new specs by Mary. She too was terrific. She was very personable which put me at ease. She “measured and measured “ before approving the setting. Great place to go to.

I went with my partner on Thursday May 7th for her eye exam. The staff were wonderful. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and polite. Dr. Fitzgerald was very personable and helped my partner feel at ease when she was nervous. They had a large selection of frames to choose from. The employee who handled the insurance and stuff - I BELIEVE her name was Ranata (I apologize if this is incorrect spelling) was also wonderful. She listened and explained things thoroughly and was VERY friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Arrogant, not welcoming, felt like they used every excuse not to sell me glasses. Went to another optical shop right after and got the order for my new glasses done. There are other places more friendly than this.
Great place to be a customer.. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.. Interested in their patients.. Highly recommend..
