Just want to say, service was excellent! Especially Crystal at the Lloydminster location for fixing my glasses so quickly!
Asked for a pair of robust glasses. I was sold a $600 pair that fell apart, literally fell apart, within 18 months. When I brought them in for repair, they had the audacity to lecture about buying some kind of "protection plan". SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS and they wanted more money. The audacity of these people is outrageous.
