I had to have my glasses replaced 4 years ago. I went the FYI Ladysmith BC location. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from them. The care I received was above and beyond customer service. The optometrist was friendly and caring. The office personnel (Natasha) was great when she helped me choose both sets. She fitted me and adjusted them when they were ready for pick up.
