The experience today was absolutely the best experience I have ever had in an eye doctor/optical store. All staff were very friendly and approachable and the cost for progressive bifocals was half of what I expected. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything and was pleasantly surprised by the end of my visit. I will definitely come back again.
My husband, three sons and I have been Dr. Kaul’s clients for more than 20 years because she is competent, professional and explains everything so clearly. She and her staff are knowledgeable and readily available to answer questions and offer recommendations. There is a happy, positive and safe feeling when you enter the clinic. We trust and appreciate all of them!!
This is a fabulous eye clinic! From Dr. Kaul to the support staff, I am always very well taken care of! I can’t think of a better clinic to go to for eyewear, contacts and eye checkups. Excellent service !
I recently had an eye exam and explored some glasses options. The staff, Jas and Halle, were fantastic in helping me find the right frames and ensuring my insurance was properly applied. Dr. Kaul, as always, provided excellent care, going above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and educated me on better ways to take care of my vision. I'm grateful for the exceptional service I always receive here!
