The doctors are very good, but had a really bad experience trying to buy glasses. Waiting for a glasses adjustment without an appointment is ridiculous. Vanessa was truly horrible to deal with.
I’ve been coming to this location for almost 10 years, and I have a wonderful experience every time. Anna runs a tight ship at the front and is very pleasant and professional. Dr. Keddie is thorough, knowledgeable, and you can tell that he cares about his patients. Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays, you won’t be disappointed coming here.
Thank you Darcy for the excellent service and help with a lens exchange today! I have been coming here for many years and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new pair of glasses or prescription sunglasses.
I would trust your website for more accurate info. I came to the store on Saturday only to find that the store is closed. So your website is not the best place for information. Gotcha.. Correct the information on your website.
Great experience at FYidoctors Calgary Trail this morning! I was at the office when suddenly I feel one of my glasses legs falling out and losing the little screw. I googled the closest place and thankfully I found them! Amazing customer service starting at the reception to Vanessa, who nicely and quickly fixed my glasses!! Thank you so much!!
