Needed to get lenses urgently and called the Calgary Trail location over the phone to see if they had mine in stock. The gentleman on the phone was quick to give me an answer and very kind and knowledgeable. In just over a half hour I was set up with great lenses for the frames I brought in (and at a fraction of the cost of what Lens Crafter's quoted me). Honest, exceptional, and friendly service — I will be recommending this spot to my friends and family!
These folks are awesome. From Dr.Keddie through Darcy who sets me up with new lenses and frames, the testing and front desk staff the group at FYI Calgary Trail in Edmonton set the high bar for customer and experience. Well done all
