My husband and I have been a long time customer for eyes exam at this location. Front desk and staff always live up to their professionalism. Today front desk was different. One staff stationed at front desk and was busy with training and chatting with two new hands. My husband waited 15 minutes before being taken into a room for OCT eye imaging. Today, I visited FYidoctors-Edmonton-Brewery District. I was hoping that a missing nose pad from my expensive sunglasses could be replaced. I was greeted in a most pleasant and helpful way by Kaylee, an Optician. She joyfully fixed my shades and life is good again. And for free!! It is a sunny, bright day today and Kaylee, herself, is a ray of sunshine. Thank you, Kaylee!

Had help with Caitlin & Dax. Was looking for some new glasses and found two cute pairs. Both of them were so good and helpful. I really appreciated it. And once I came back to pick up my glasses , it was daX again who has helped me and so great. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys
Love this eye doctors! Dr. Ellis is so lovely an explains everything so thoroughly. And both Marlene and Caitlin were amazing in the purchasing of some new frames. Marlene helped me browse and added some frames to my file, and Caitlin sat down with me for a mini fashion show to pick which frame suited me best. Outstanding staff!
