Top shelf service, staff make going to the FYI boutique in Drayton Valley a warm visit. Thank you for that.
Very friendly and good to deal with. Had a mix up with my lenses and they gave me new ones at no cost and now everything is good. Would definitely go back
Not my favourite FYI location. Did not find the dr or staff to be very thorough nor helpful. It’s an ok location, nothing especially terrible, just not up to the standard of other locations I’ve attended. Charged me $148 to get a new eyeglass prescription but weren’t very explanatory about my eye condition and didn’t spend much time on seeing what my prescription strength should be.
I had a very pleasant visit with knowledgeable staff and Dr. Chin was amazing and very kind and cheerful .
Having purchased new glasses here I have returned twice because the frame does not seem to support the lens. The lens has fallen out and hit the ground. Is there a warranty on glasses purchased there.
