I've been a client of Dr. Serge Richard for many years and I have always been totally satisfied with the service. He's always patient and willing to answer any questions I may have and has even seen me quickly in an emergency. From the moment I walk in, to the moment I leave, I am made to feel right at home. The staff is very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. They have the latest equipment, no wait times, clean environment, a large selection of nice frames. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
Accueil personnalisé, rapide et attentionné. Très court temps d'attente. Prétests bien expliqués (en plus de leur utilité). Dr Richard est aussi super en expliquant toute les parties du test et les résultats en détails et donne de bons conseils sur le choix des verres qui seraient adaptés. Pour le choix des montures, on trouve un peu de tout et la qualité du service est hors pairs. Bravo à toute l'équipe!
