My husband and I, along with our extended family, have been very appreciative of the service received at FYI since our move to the Comox Valley 15 years ago. That equates to many eye appointments and pairs of glasses! We've recently experienced their assistance during a challenging life experience and commend the staff for their understanding. Can say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff was. I was in Courtenay from our of town and the screw holding the arm on came out. Once hearing I was from out of town they couldn't have been more gracious in helping me. Thanks to all the staff and special the lady that helped me.
