Called back many times to get an appointment time with any doctor that would work with my schedule months in advance… just to be called back a few days before my appointment to cancel on me because they double booked.. very little help on the phone basically forced me to cancel my appointment and didn’t have any available dates for a long time.. what a disappointment

Phenomenal service at FYI Charlottetown North River road!!!! Visiting from NB and forgot daily contacts, these girls set me up with a few pairs to last me through my visit complete with eye drops and encouraged me to change my contacts in store!!! The variety of frames in store was magical !!! Thank you so much for coming to my rescue girls
