Incredibly friendly and efficient staff. I brought my glasses in today as I broke the nose pad on mine that I bought here 2 years ago. The lady took my glasses back for 10 minutes, tightened everything up and replaced both nose pads. It is like I am wearing a brand new pair of glasses. I would highly recommend the Tuscany location
I have been a customer of FYI Doctors Tuscany since moving into the area almost 2 years ago. My first visit was for a thorough exam and I was fortunate to be examined by Dr. Kid. He was thorough and explained everything in a manner that was clear to understand. More importantly, he did not try to upsell me on eye drops, etc. which my previous eye clinic always did. Such a great place to get an eye exam and glasses. They offer great quality service and really take the time to get to know what you are looking for and offer lots of suggestions. Dr. Kidd is such a nice optometrist. I really feel comfortable with him and find him very trustworthy and kind. I will continue to have my eye exams here in the future.
