Dr. Frank Cen is patient, knowledgeable, and highly professional. The clinic has a clean, welcoming atmosphere, and the entire staff is friendly and courteous. My eye exam was thorough and accurate, and Dr. Cen took the time to address all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. I felt truly cared for throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Cen to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate optometrist in Calgary.
I have been going to FYI doctors about 4 years, and when they moved to mission I was so happy. I am a customer who is prone to breaking glasses on average every 6 months, and again today I managed to snap my only pair of glasses. Erika and Charity were amazing as always, and had my glasses fixed in no time and away I went able to see again. Good employees are hard to find, and even harder to keep, but to the management of FYI - I hope you realise and appreciate these two amazing employees.
So friendly, fixed my glasses and also cleaned them free of charge!
I was in need of urgent assistance while on holidays and the staff and doctor were kind enough to provide me the advice I needed. Thank you!
I had an incredible experience this evening with Ericka, Muqadas and Dr. Virk! Ericka was excellent with assisting me picking out my frames during their trunk show, she helped me try on a bunch until I found the right shape. Muqadas was super helpful while choosing my lenses, describing all the different ones which I had no idea even existed. And Dr. Virk was professional and kind during my eye exam. Would definitely recommend and I can’t wait to pick up my glasses in a few weeks! Thank you!
