I had an incredible experience this evening with Ericka, Muqadas and Dr. Virk! Ericka was excellent with assisting me picking out my frames during their trunk show, she helped me try on a bunch until I found the right shape. Muqadas was super helpful while choosing my lenses, describing all the different ones which I had no idea even existed. And Dr. Virk was professional and kind during my eye exam. Would definitely recommend and I can’t wait to pick up my glasses in a few weeks! Thank you!
I went to FYI as I had a pair of glasses that just didn’t fit, right away they helped me and now they work for me! Great service!
My wife and I have been seeing Dr Laurie Dodds for many years to have our eyes examined and to get our eye prescription and we are very happy to have her as our Optometrist. She is kind, caring and takes the time so you never feel that you are being rushed. I would rate her 5 stars and the same as the young woman that helped me with purchasing frames and sending the frames in for the lenses. However when Dr Dodds started with FYI years ago it took an abnormally long time to get my wife's glasses back from the lens lab of FYI... read more
