I have gone to Taz in this FYI Country Hills store and previously in the Marda Loop store for years now and have been more than happy with both the Optical Dispensers and the Doctors. They were friendly and more importantly helped me when I was getting and then fitting my glasses. Unfortunately, I broke my glasses and was very happy, and frankly surprised, with the care and attention I received in replacing them. Everything is good while everything is good but they don't care about clients. The answer from the manager to a complaint: "If you don't like it just don't come with your family anymore"
Thank you to Dr. Cen, Jana, and the entire team at FYI Doctors Edgemont for their outstanding care for my son! Having just moved from another province, we appreciated their warm welcome and professionalism. Dr. Cen’s exam was very thorough, and they went the extra mile by coordinating with our previous FYI office to arrange new glasses, patiently answering all my questions. I’ve seen Dr.Cen 3 times now and each time he has been reassuring and very knowledgeable. I was able to get in last minute after suffering with tension and eye pain for 4 days he was able to help calm my nerves during the situation and was very explanatory during the exam. Definitely recommend working with him if you have the opportunity!
