Everything was explained clearly. Dr Ng was very good and patient. Would highly recommend.
Everyone on staff was friendly, courteous, respectful and very thoughtful. the exam was very thorough and I was always asked whether I felt comfortable with every procedure and test. The woman who was tasked with trying to help me find my eyeglasses (the sales woman) was very helpful but not pushy and was willing to accept my budgetary situation with grace.
