They made what I thought would be a stressful experience actually fun. Friendly staff, very spacious with separate waiting areas and several seating stations when picking out glasses. Despite moving people quickly through testings, the staff and Doctors never let you leave until all questions are answered. Courtney was so attentive and knowledgeable while helping me pick out my glasses. Can't thank her enough for her kindness during a time where I had to accept that I finally needed glasses. I highly recommend FYI.
I was welcomed into the building by the receptionist and very quickly moved to the waiting area where I didn't have to wait very long before being taken in for testing. Waiting for Dr. Turner was minimal. He explains everything so clearly and will show you on the computer details you don't understand or need to know. A pleasant experience.

From the time I approached reception I was greeted with a warm and caring smile and that feeling and attention to detail was evident through my entire visit. The exams and visit with Dr. Beaumont were top-notch, and Heather was an excellent help in picking my new frames (which I absolutely love by the way). The entire staff was a treat to deal with and is reassuring for when I book my next appointment.
