One of the best Opticians I have ever visited in Ontario. Right from the receptionist, Kingsley, to Dr. Christine Le and to the lens specialist Heral every person was so cordial, efficient and welcoming. Even the 2 ladies doing the pre-test were so professional and respectful. The service at this location in Brampton is worth going to. The office was clean and very professional looking. The staff was all very kind. There were some new staff being trained, and it was so nice to see that they were being treated with patience and kindness. My exam was thorough, and the doctor was completely on time. I had a great experience overall!!

Smooth booking process. Friendly and courteous welcome. The usual very thorough tests and checks on eye health and creation of new prescription.
Dr Gies has been my optometrist for over 15 years and he’s wonderful. He’s incredibly knowledgeable. He keeps up with the very latest in optical issues. He’s patient, explains everything he’s doing and answers all questions in such a concise and interesting way. He never rushes the appointments taking such care of his patients. I recommend him to all my friends and family.
