Dr. MacKenzie is amazing!! She is super kind and very knowledgeable! Alex who works at the front is also phenomenal!
We recently saw dr. Anna Mackenzie who gave my 2.5 year his first eye exam. Everyone in the clinic was extremely accomodating to a toddler. They were all friendly and understanding when he took off running. Dr. Mackenzie was amazing. She managed to get the job done even though my little guy was all over the place. I was very impressed with this business in regards to pediatrics. They're also great with adults as this is where I come too. Will definitely be recommending to all my toddler moms and dads! Great customer service and smooth process. Staff are friendly and Dr. Schmidt has been very helpful explaining different options when it comes to eye care.
My experience at FYidoctors was very positive. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. I also got my glasses relatively quickly and am very pleased with them. I will be recommending FYI Doctors to anyone I know needing glasses.
