I’ve been going to Emiliya with my daughter the last few weeks for laser on my legs. My experience has been very positive and Emiliya is such delight! Highly recommend!
Best laser experience I’ve had! I’ve felt completely comfortable during every session. The atmosphere is amazing, and the decor really helps make the whole process feel more relaxed and painless. Emiliya always takes the time to listen to any concerns I have before we start, which I really appreciate.
I really don't like giving bad reviews, but for a practice where you're allowing someone to permanently alter your skin I think it's worth letting people know what they're going to receive. My initial consultation was great. She spent about 30 minutes answering my questions, which I really appreciated. I’ve been seeing Emiliya with FYI Medical for the past couple of months and the experience has been amazing. Communication is always great, she’s organized, and every appointment runs smoothly. It feels much more homey and welcoming compared to larger offices, which I haven’t always had the best experiences with. The space is also very clean and cute. Emiliya always takes the time to answer all of my questions at every visit. I’m really glad I found her and her services!
I scheduled a consult for electrolysis. I drove 30 mins super excited just to get a 5 min consult of nothing. She act like she didn’t know why i was there. First thing she say is how can i help you like what do mean? The vibes was off and i didn’t feel welcome. This lady recommended me to see a lady who only work Monday 10-2 Mondays or i can travel a hour away to see this one lady for whatever reason. Pissed me off.
