Emiliya is the best at what she does. She’s super perfessional, is able to make the hair removal practically painless, and is great to chat with. The office is kept very clean and in a convenient location.
I arrived for my 11:00 AM appointment on June 4th and waited approximately 30 minutes. During that time, I was not greeted, acknowledged, or informed of any delay despite someone being present in the office. After waiting 30 minutes with 0 communication I chose to leave as I find that very disappointing and unprofessional.
I’ve been going to Emiliya with my daughter the last few weeks for laser on my legs. My experience has been very positive and Emiliya is such delight! Highly recommend!
Best laser experience I’ve had! I’ve felt completely comfortable during every session. The atmosphere is amazing, and the decor really helps make the whole process feel more relaxed and painless. Emiliya always takes the time to listen to any concerns I have before we start, which I really appreciate.
I really don't like giving bad reviews, but for a practice where you're allowing someone to permanently alter your skin I think it's worth letting people know what they're going to receive. My initial consultation was great. She spent about 30 minutes answering my questions, which I really appreciated.
