Day manager (guy) is really cool. Last time no one offered to help, the night manager was more concerned with getting out for the night than providing customer service. Now she will learn what happens when you are rude to your customers
Rude staff. Boyfriend and I went in intending on buying pop vinyl. I had a backpack on my back as I had just come from work and it wasn't until we get to the back of the store that an employee approaches us and tells us we need to leave our things at the front of the store. Boyfriend made a joke about people stealing and the employee responds with a loud voice and rude comment about us. Definitely do not recommend. Overpriced anyways.
My favorite place to buy movies when not online with Amazon. Something to be said about seeing and shopping.
Good stock of hiphop CDs, reasonable prices and some beverages.
This store rocks and the store manager is really great!!!
Go to a different location.... I call fye berkley they tell me they have the movie I wanted and they will hold it for pick up so I drive all the way up there then they tell me they don't have it.... What a waste of time.. Employees need to get it together

Love going to this store for music. They have a wide variety of music, movies and television dvd's. I can go here and find all my favorite classic tv shows on dvd. This store also has a huge selection of jazz. Most stores have a small selection of jazz or none at all. They also have a fantastic price on most there music. $9.99. You can't beat that anywhere!
