Loved this store since i was a kid and now as an adult even more. Great deals on a variety of things.
Was fun
The store is nice and cool. However, I was lied to about the “free” rewards program. When checking out, the lady of older age with the glasses said that it was free to sign up. Yet, FYE tried charging me $13.99 every day for the rewards program. Is it part of the store policy to lie and scam the customers? To be exact and detailed, she said “Would you like to sign up for the FYE rewards program? Overpriced, lot of their music selection is no longer there. Was told signing up for FYE VIP thing was free. Recently checked my account and turns out they've been charging me $12-$13 dollars every month for the past year for a subscription and currently trying to jump through hoops and hurdles to cancel.
