Fy-Fused Automation Ltd has been very responsive to our electric fuse issue. When the issue initially occurred, Fy-Fused was on a phone call with us, advising us on how to resolve the matter without charging. When it was discovered that the issue was more than a faulty equipment, Fy-Fused showed up in no time, investigated the issue while carrying us along on what he was doing. The issue was resolved in no time, and at a very reasonable price. We didn't feel drained open of pocket.
Great local firm in Medway. Phone answered quickly. The engineer was very polite and shared the concern that my tenant had about the electric being off as it affected a sick child at the property. Very impressive service. The call out happened within the hour. The fault was identified and I was given a full update. The cost was good value also. It’s not often you find a company this good from the internet. I’d highly recommend them if you get an electrician for an emergency 100%
Femi replaced a number of spotlights in a bedroom and this included completely rewiring the system. I can only recommend Femi 100% for the work done, his attitude and the updates on how the work was progressing. I'll have no hesitation in contacting Femi again if and when we need more electrical done.
