I placed an order with fxr division, half the order was correct but fxr evo style cam cover was mistakenly replaced with twin cam style. 1 email and the next ****** I received a call resolving the issue and correct cam cover is being shipped less than 10 hr from my original email. This is like "never" heard of customer service. I'm very impressed and very happy with FXR DIVISION

I ordered a part and got the confirmation to ship with a tracking number for ******** However instead of the part being shipped to my state, it was shipped back to the state it was shipped out of. When confronting the business the customer service called me an a****** and insisted it was shipped to my address. This company took 28 days to build and powder coat handle bars, which is fine but absolutely no communication, their website says if you dont receive shipping information then it will take 2-4 weeks where as it should say out of stock or that they are on back order. You dont know any of that until after you place your order. It would be nice to know before the order is place if they are on back order or in stock. They aren't shy about pulling your money immediately when the order is placed, nice of them to use it for 28 days... read more

My name is ***** form ****** and the customer service at ********************** was second to none this ***************** was patient in answering the questions I had and was fast to get the job done all though I never spoke to the big guy , Im sure he would be proud of ***** . The job turned out better than I could have asked for and I am thankful these guys at fxr division have what I wanted and needed, this shxt looks good . Call fxr division for fab work for sure.??
