5 Stars – Outstanding Service! FXD Auto has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called them multiple times about a code issue, and they always answered and even let me come by to check it out quickly. They worked hard to find the problem and tried to keep costs low. In the end, they discovered the repair was covered under an extended warranty—saving me $1,600 instead of taking the job themselves. Honest, helpful, and professional. You just don’t see service like that anymore. Highly recommend!
