If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. After being told multiple incorrect diagnostics from another shop in the area I ended up at FXBG euro, The owner Paris helped me immediately! He knows exactly what he’s doing and you can tell he really cares, I brought my VW gti in because I had a broken bolt stuck in the engine as well as an oil leak, within that day it was fixed and ready to go! If you have a German car i HIGHLY recommend this shop.
FXBG EUROS offers a wide range of services. Today I had my oil changed on my Jaguar F-Pace and everything went extremely well. My appointment was at 9:30 am. Got there early and my oil change process started immediately. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They also looked at my brakes and gave me a suggestion on when I should replace them. I would highly recommend them for European cars.
Looked at my car on short notice and gave me a diagnosis for an issue the dealer failed to provide when asked. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.
First the customer service was amazing, my appointment was at 1pm, lowering links were installed fairly quick, they stayed until 8:30pm ensuring that the car was level adjusting the links, mounting and dismounting the wheels to ensure adjustments were right, will definitely go back for exhaust and stage 1 for my AMG CLS53
