I retired from participating in competitive sports over a decade ago. I hadn’t found anything to replace that until joining FXB Anthem. I was very nervous to start since I hadn’t been very active for so long. But from the first class, it seemed to fit just like a glove. Katie and the gym members are so welcoming and supportive. I encourage anyone to give it a try!

Such a great gym! It’s hard to call it working out when I have so much fun doing it. Katie makes it such a welcoming environment and she gives me the motivation I need to keep coming back!
Dropped in for a workout while visiting and it was great. Good workout and coaching. The facility was clean had good equipment.
