FXB ANTHEM is AMAZING! I am doing things I couldn’t when I started. Katie (trainer) loves what she does and it shows. She is patient and but still pushed for you to reach goals. Love the Boxing classes!! They are hard but man, they are great for your body!! The Band days are also hard, but I feel so much stronger 8 weeks in!!! Gotta try it!!! You won’t be sorry!!
Great gym! Katie is so supportive and the members are friendly. The workouts are hard but there is always modification for new people. Kickboxing is fun and gets your heart pumping. The strength training is bands which was new for me but I like them. Plus it is easy to do while traveling, especially with the online workout option. Also, Katie keeps the gym SUPER clean which I really appreciate!!
FXB Anthem is absolutely life changing. When I joined, I just wanted to get into shape. What I got was improved health for my mind and body, motivation to do better in all aspects of my life, and a fabulous community of supportive and amazing people. Katie’s support and guidance are exactly what I needed. Give it a try!
