My experience working with Jennifer has been nothing short of exceptional. She is one of the most knowledgeable physical therapists I’ve ever worked with, and her ability to clearly explain what she’s doing—and why—sets her apart. I started seeing her a few months ago for ongoing knee pain, and every session has noticeably accelerated my recovery. On top of that, I leave each appointment having learned something new. I genuinely look forward to our sessions, and I’m incredibly grateful to have her here on our UA campus!
Cannot recommend Jen and FX PT highly enough. I always feel heard, respected and cared for. I came in with neck and upper back pain. After a few sessions, I could already feel a difference. Jen is super knowledgeable and compassionate. I also really appreciate her positivity and encouragement. Would definitely recommend Jen at FX.
Jen has been absolutely fantastic. I came to see her to help treat chronic Achilles tendinitis in both legs. She has been instrumental in my recovery. She is thorough, listens intently and will take the time to answer any questions I may have. She thoroughly explains any protocols she is putting me through and why which helps me feel more invested in the process. I am on the road to recovery because of her tremendous care. Highly recommend!
Jen is fantastic at what she does and provides wonderful care. She is very knowledge and does a great job informing/explaining what exactly she is doing. I love the fact that I have exercises she provides to me that I can work on at home. I never have to wait to be seen and don't feel rushed in my appointment. She takes her time seeing my needs and helps with stretches, massage and needling.
Jen has been amazing throughout my recovery! I had labrum surgery in February and started PT with her in March, and I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist. She takes the time to explain why each exercise is important, which has really helped me stay motivated. She also does a great job breaking down my recovery timeline—what I should be focusing on, what’s going well, and where I need to catch up.
