I am 64 years old, I walk at least 2 miles 5/7 days per week. I felt healthy, but not toned. I have a full gym in my subdivision but besides lifting some weights, I didn’t feel I was using the equipment correctly and consistently. When my sister mentioned starting up with Drew again at FX Fitness, I decided to join her. Besides being a great guy, Drew is patient and kind with his gentle reminders and posture corrections at my sessions. And just 3 weeks in I am already seeing positive changes in my body. 10/10 recommend!

I had taken an hiatus from working out at any gym for about 3 months, but my body didn’t like that too much, so I wanted to find a new , welcoming , challenging gym to join. FX Fitness is definitely that feeling that I was looking for in a gym! Drew gives personalized attention to me even in a small group class setting and is a great trainer . Going to a new gym can be daunting, but everyone was so welcoming and kind. Come try a class, you won’t regret it!

Great experience working out in the group fitness classes. Love the workouts, but most of all love that it is a no drama gym.

Drew is great to work with! He customizes workouts to help you meet your goals and truly cares about making sure you achieve them. He helped my daughter train for the Air Force Academy and helped me get back in shape and gain more mobility. I highly recommend Drew as a trainer!
