I was on a bike trip when my bike decided to stop shifting. I managed to get it to the dealership Saturday afternoon within an hour of the store closing. The service advisor knew exactly what was wrong. The had all the parts that they needed and were able to fix my issue. I was back on the road in less than an hour. I couldn't of had a better experience. Thank you!!!
My husband recently had his motorcycle serviced at this location and our experience was horrible to say the least. All he needed was the tires changed on his bike we were told to just drop it off and it would be done within the week, we were informed that we needed a part for the tires but they needed to order it (it was a routine part) we brought tires with us. It took 2 and a half almost 3 weeks until we even heard back from them about the bike. When we dropped it off to be serviced the service manager was VERY rude condes... read more
