I gave them multiple chances to correct the mistake. Jim, the manager, said, 4 times, "I'll talk to the Holley, the service manager, and get back to you" but he never did. I took my Chevy Bolt EUV for NY inspection, tire rotation, and under warranty, to check on a noise while turning. I specifically said and include on a paper in the car, to ignore the rusty/noisy brake rotors (you don't use the brakes often with an EV so the rotors tend to get rusty). Stay away from this place. They sold me a used ev, three days in the battery failed and the vehicle became useless, they gave me an appointment a month out to diagnose it, and wish me luck getting places. Had to call and threaten them with legal actions for them to miraculously be able to take the car in and offer me a loaner car. Fast forward to today I receive my first bill, they never applied the ev rebate i qualified for, and the payments are $100 higher than what we had agreed to. Have had nothing but issues almost since day one. They sold me on a Chevy Bolt, paperwork signed, etc. Then before they hand me the keys they tell me the battery fried on their chargers and had to be replaced. They told me two weeks, sent me away in a loaner vehicle (dirty, broken backup camera.) Two weeks go by, nothing. I purchased a used vehicle back in November and left a bad review. Since then, I have been waiting 3 months to receive the reimbursement I was told by Mike they would give me for tires that I had to purchase. Two weeks ago was told the check was being processed. Again emailed him and was told to go there Tuesday and he would give me the cash.
