I had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. They went above and beyond to acquire the exact truck I wanted, completed all the additional upgrades and extras i wanted done very quickly and that led to a quick and smooth buying process. A BIG thank you to Gary and Chad, who were my direct points of contact throughout the process and made everything seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free vehicle buying experience!
They had the car, and I had a serious offer. Rather than handling it as a normal business negotiation, Phil dismissed the offer with “LOL” and treated the car as if it were impossible to buy elsewhere. That was a mistake. I kept looking and ended up purchasing a brand-new car below MSRP in New York City. His response did not close the sale; it sent the sale to another dealer.
For regular maintenance like oil, tires, inspection Bob Johnson is 5 star. The girls in scheduling are very easy to deal with & always helpful & pleasant. Gas engines no problems. I can say they are truly lacking in diesel mechanics. Its my biggest complaint that avg check engine problems are a 3 to 6 week wait time. Not acceptable in my honest opinion. Canceling trips twice now will forever be Bob Johnsons downfall for me. I will never buy another diesel off them. Gas trucks yes diesel no way. Thats my feedback.
All I can say is thank you Phil Muldovan and Eric for yet again, going above and beyond for my husband and myself. We have purchased now 5 vehicles from Phil and have never been disappointed. Thank you for going the extra mile.
