I love this gym! Mike is a great teacher.
I’ve been to many gyms and none compare to FWD. There is plenty of equipment for cardio, weights and resistance training. FWD has CrossFit capability and a turf area for additional training. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Mike, Caroline and Adrien are extremely knowledgeable and always happy to assist. My favorite feature of this gym is wrapping up my workout with the sauna and the cold plunge.
This is my favorite gym! Mike and everyone at FWD Fit have been nothing but exceptional. I can't wait to begin my Hyrox journey and continue to get in the best shape of my life. Thank you FWD Fit!
