I recently joined FWD.Fitness Katonah and I am glad I did. It was recommended by 3 people I know who workout here and they all love it and my friend (Greg) who has been working here as a trainer who I have known for years who also speaks highly of it. It is convenient, has some serious lifters and people of all ages. It is spacious, convenient, in a really nice setting. My first visit to this gym was met with an energy level and welcome feeling that was AMAZING. Carolina provided a high energy and fun workout! All the people I met exuded enthusiasm and friendliness. I highly recommend this business.

I am so glad I discovered this gym last year! It is clean, bright and airy. Well equipped, it is great for all ages and all levels of fitness. The whole team, owners and trainers, are very knowledgeable, kind and professional.
