Carolina is a fantastic personal trainer. She combines years of expertise with a deeply compassionate and genuine approach, making every session both challenging and supportive. She is truly knowledgeable, tailoring routines to my specific needs while caring for my overall well-being and boosting my confidence. The gym has all the equipment you need and is very spacious.
Awesome gym and great community! Classes are well coached, training staff is friendly and knowledgeable and there is a vast selection of all equipment needed. Rig too!
Nice staff, but the facility falls short. Overall cleanliness is an issue + locker rooms and equipment are very poor and outdated. The instructors leading classes are very inexperienced and lack a solid grasp of basic fitness principles. There’s a heavy mix of youth, egos, socializing and limited experience among the instructors, which severely impacts the quality of instruction for members. FWD Fit is an amazing gym with a great community and such a positive, motivating environment. Shoutout to Carolina and Coach Adrian for being incredibly supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They make every workout a great experience. Highly recommend!
