I’ve had a great experience so far at FWD.Katonah. The gym truly has a lot to offer—you just have to take advantage of it. What really stands out is the hands-on involvement from the owners and trainers; you can feel how much they care about each member’s progress. I’m looking forward to many more months of leaving my sweat on that floor and continuing to grow here.
