During the weekdays the guys working, the counter are great, but that one guy that works only Saturdays that’s bald was very shitty to deal with. He was more worried about getting out of work cause it’s Saturday and at the end he threw my receipt at me. I work for a rather large reputable global company and we can go anywhere to buy parts but it’s nice having a local place but yet again if you need anything on the weekend wait and just go during the weekday the weekend guy working the counter sucks.
One of their trucks just nearly killed me going through road work on route 81 just before exit 98. If this is how their drivers conduct themselves on the road I wouldn't want to do business with their company.
don’t waste your time. the staff is incompetent and rude. they treat you like the customer needs them versus providing a service for the customer. find another option.
The folks here a extremely helpful, very good at what they do!
I would just like to thank FW Webb for being open early on a Sat. morning. I woke up to no heat, needed a simple part, and I was in and out. Their staff are very professional. Their pricing is very fair. Thank you again.
