Men are as they are when confronted with the public that thinks they know the plumbing business without being a plumber. I put myself in their hands for suggestions and help up grading my boiler electronics and found them to be very helpful. We were able to get the job done to my delight because I am not a plumber.

Don't even bother wasting your time going to this place. Find another plumbing supply store in the area. Walked in with a valve for an outdoor spigot and before I could even speak the guy looked up from his computer and said can't help you goodbye. Major attitudes wouldn't even guide me on how I could solve the problem just had a major attitude. No help whatsoever. One star only because they don't allow zero.
If there were a no star rating, that's what I'd give them! I had an appointment to meet with Ray to discuss my needs regarding a master bathroom total renovation. I arrived about 5 minutes early only to learn that Ray was not there and would not be returning in the foreseeable future. Obviously he had totally forgotten about the appointment. I have dealt with FW WEBB many times for all my material and contractor needs. Not only do they give a great price but the representatives I have dealt with on each occassion have been pleasant and informed. I would suggest any company looking for a supplier for their Plumbing and HVAC needs should give FW WEBB a call first.
Charged me $35 for shipping until i called then they credited me $22 for the shipping overcharge.
