The folks here are top notch. They treated me with respect and helped me with a new water heater. I'm not a plumber but I'm also not completely incapable. They helped me through the entire process. A big thank you to the staff at F.W. Webb Seabrook.
I went there today after being referred from an employee at a big box store down the road who wasn’t able to help me with a specialized hose I needed for an outdoor sink. The employees there were so helpful. I was ready to replace the whole hose and purchase adapters to get it working but they were able to get my existing hose fixed. I had never thought of going there before because I thought it was a store for plumbers rather than regular home owners but after their superb customer service I will definitely be checking ther... read more

Terrible customer service. Bought & paid for new kitchen faucet& was told to pick it up @ “the side door” No such place! I was very rudely told to stand in line & wait my turn. Being an 80 year old woman, I was shocked to have to do this. Faucet was paid for, I just wanted to pick it up as I as told I could do. I was treated very rudely, had to call sales associate to come over & get faucet for me. Never again will I do business either FW Webb
