Terrible customer service. Bought & paid for new kitchen faucet& was told to pick it up @ “the side door” No such place! I was very rudely told to stand in line & wait my turn. Being an 80 year old woman, I was shocked to have to do this. Faucet was paid for, I just wanted to pick it up as I as told I could do. I was treated very rudely, had to call sales associate to come over & get faucet for me. Never again will I do business either FW Webb
Best experience I’ve had Seabrook store
I use the seabrook webb for my needs the guys at the counter are knowledgeable and always helpful. UNLESS YOU GET WAITED ON BY "MIKE" he once again looked at me like i was making names up for plumbing supplies. He had no idear. Welp true to form last weekend i went in to buy some supplies. I " had" to have mike wait on me because of how busy it was,And true to form i received the wrong products ONCE AGAIN!! Next time i will count,look and verify anything this man get for me. Or better yet wait for a knowledgeable worker.
Jonathan at FW Webb Seabrook is a life saver and so friendly! I use them as my primary supplier for my business and they are always there when I need them and really helpful and supportive. Thanks Seabrook FW Webb!!!
