I was looking for replacement faucet cartridges for my 12 year old kitchen faucet. Had looked several places with no luck. Tried FW Webb and spoke with Mike D. He determined that Webb also didn’t carry what I needed, but then found the part numbers for me and helped me find the replacements. He is one of the most helpful representatives I have ever dealt with anywhere!!
Mike Dununzio is the best! A++, perfect 10 and 5 stars. Saved me a ton of time and money in trouble shooting my plumbing project. Lowes and HD don’t come close to the customer service and knowledge of both FW Webb and Mike D.
The folks here are top notch. They treated me with respect and helped me with a new water heater. I'm not a plumber but I'm also not completely incapable. They helped me through the entire process. A big thank you to the staff at F.W. Webb Seabrook.
I went there today after being referred from an employee at a big box store down the road who wasn’t able to help me with a specialized hose I needed for an outdoor sink. The employees there were so helpful. I was ready to replace the whole hose and purchase adapters to get it working but they were able to get my existing hose fixed.
