we recently purchased over$5000 of product from your Oakland shop. Our sales rep was helpful and suggested we order a corner shelf and a window trim kit.We were not sure if we needed these ADD ONS .but thought it would be easier to have it on hand if needed and not have to wait to order at a later date. Asked for assistance from one employee he had no answers asked another one he sent me down A aisle and didn’t help. Wasted 15 minutes opening up each box to find it wasn’t there. Waited another five minutes for a guy to stop his personal conversation long enough to say we don’t carry that here after he’s the one that directed me down the aisle. Thanks for nothing
Tried to charge me $15 for a fitting I could get at Home Depot for $6. When I told the sales person this he didn’t care. I won’t do business at this place again!!
Amazing selection, well organized, and good prices. Kinda a dream store for anything plumbing related. I kinda wish they had prices posted for planning purposes but I understand they change from time to time.
After collecting your money they contract amnesia! Lots of excuses not enough action. High end product but low end customer service! Never again
