Tried to charge me $15 for a fitting I could get at Home Depot for $6. When I told the sales person this he didn’t care. I won’t do business at this place again!!
Amazing selection, well organized, and good prices. Kinda a dream store for anything plumbing related. I kinda wish they had prices posted for planning purposes but I understand they change from time to time.
After collecting your money they contract amnesia! Lots of excuses not enough action. High end product but low end customer service! Never again
The staff is great to work with, though the process always feels wonky because they have to check availability and price. You will also likely pay a little more here because of the quality of parts, but you are getting much better parts than you will at home depot.
Knowledgeable staff. Welcoming place. They always have what you need for plumbing and heating. Heat pump accessories, Line sets, 14/3 wire. Try getting that stuff at Home Depot right now, not happening!
