Awesome place to deliver the load nice people in and out 30min
Out of desperation of dealingg with a local plumbing supply company. With no results. I called FW Webb after a google search. Although they did not have what I needed in stock everyone on the phone especially Maryanne In the show room were extremely helpful. Maryanne took the time to research what I needed and guided me even knowing that I would not be making a purchase from her. That is simply outstanding. I will remember this the next time I have a home project. Maryanne has earned my complete respect and gratitude.
I had a job local in Newburgh and needed some supplies and they were the only ones local that stocked everything I needed but when it came to pay it was unbelievable what kind of price gauging they use, for example I bought a 2” valve and they charged me $160 when I bought the exact same one at my regular supplier for $46, and they charged me $50 for a small nipple, I don’t understand how this is legal what they are doing
Furnace broke Friday night, the inducer motor needed to be replaced. So on a Saturday morning I called maybe 12 companies that were lucky enough to be open on a Saturday and my brand was not in stock same day anywhere. Ish answered the phone and said let me look around. A little while later he called me back because he found my item in the Albany branch in stock today so I drove to get it. On a busy, busy, cold Saturday morning, Ish was very, very helpful and I was able to have heat the same day. Thank you!
Great place to buy retail repair parts for HVAC units. So many others either will only sell wholesale/to contractors or don't have items in stock. Usually nothing I can't get on Amazon, but I'd rather buy local!
