I purchased nearly all of my supplies for a bathroom renovation from this store. They had an amazing selection and I kept finding items to fall in love with. Most of all, Anne Marie was so helpful, professional, and engaging that it was a pleasure to work with her. Unfortunately, 3 of the items that I purchased arrived with problems: a cracked sink, a missing escutcheon, and dysfunctional hinges -- all from different suppliers. Amazing and very helpful staff! I called looking for a specific part on a Saturday close to closing time, and the staff was kind enough to hold the part for me and stay open a few minutes after closing…I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and customer service!
Beware of FW WEBB in Mamaroneck, NY. Shocked by blatant discrimination while shopping for supplies for my husband's newest home project. Disgusted by their treatment. Never setting foot here again. Zero stars for their appalling behavior. I saw the workers accuse a black man of smearing literal feces on the bathroom wall, when the only homeless person that came into the establishment just a few minutes prior was white- AND HE USED THE RESTROOM! These people are disgusting!

Sales person was very friendly, but did not properly explain products and the high end shower parts purchased have never worked properly and received no customer support after purchase to address he problems.
