The parts are great but the guy at the front counter does his best to be sarcastic and make you feel like an idiot. Absolutely unhelpful
Went there looking for couplings for sched 20 4" drain pipes - which seem to be scarce when you need them. The folks there not only had them, but were interesting to just chat with also ...unlike other places that treat you like you are stupid to ask for something they aren't carrying right now.
We do most of our business in the Maine stores, I was pleasantly surprised that the guys in New Hampshire are as friendly and knowledgeable as the Maine stores,
Called ahead to check on parts availability. Was told everything was in stock. Drove 30 min and when I arrived, the curly haired woman couldn't be bothered to help me. She insisted that I had to be helped by the guy I spoke with on the phone, Rich, but he was currently busy, but she was not. She just stood there and did nothing while I waited for Rich. Great service and knowledge staff! Didn't have the part I needed but was able to find a replacement at around half the price of the original.
