Went in looking for a part, however they don't carry it. I was brought to an inside sales representative who took his time to locate the parts i needed and told me where to go.
Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The showroom was clean, spacious, and had a wide variety of things. Not sure how comparable pricing is just yet, as we just started looking at things, and everything seems pricey nowadays. When we arrived we were greeted promptly, and there was no one else there, so the worker was able to stay with us and show us around and sit down at his desk to show us lots of options/colors/stlyes for us.
Outstanding Service and Support from FW Webb in Lewiston When the basement up flush toilet’s motor blew and replacement options were limited, I visited several shops and didn’t feel valued as a customer . I was sent running around, told they didn’t stock what I needed, and that I’d have to wait for help. Then I met the team at FW Webb.
