Refused to take back shower door although it was never used. Said box was opened so could not take back. Poor service. Spoke with Rob, district director and he agreed to take the shower door back and refund my money. Truck picked it up today and my account was credited. Follow up service was excellent and I am very satisfied.
Excellent Customer Service. They helped us find what we needed to complete our new kitchen sink.
While their inventory is nice, the staff are the most unmotivated, least helpful group of people I have encountered in a long time.
Friendly staff, plenty of options, knowledgeable salesmen. You can't go wrong stopping by. Both the showroom and warehouse have just about everything you need to get through
