Great place to buy if you're a heating or plumbing professional. Lots of inventory, great inside, and outside sales team. I've used them for most of my career in heating, and highly recommend them.
Refused to take back shower door although it was never used. Said box was opened so could not take back. Poor service. Spoke with Rob, district director and he agreed to take the shower door back and refund my money. Truck picked it up today and my account was credited. Follow up service was excellent and I am very satisfied.
Excellent Customer Service. They helped us find what we needed to complete our new kitchen sink.
While their inventory is nice, the staff are the most unmotivated, least helpful group of people I have encountered in a long time.
