I had my 0.5 hp Gould pump let go that was bought at here back in 2003. Naturally, I called F. W. Webb so see if I get that pump again. They said, yes we have it in stock. I said great, I'll be down to pick it up. The reply was, no, we cannot sell the pump to you unless you are in the pump repair business. I responded with surprise emphasizing that I was without water on a cold winter day, and questioned in disbelief that they were refusing the sale. The team at FW Webb be the place to go if you need HVAC supplies, especially duct materials. They were very helpful at the end of the day on a Friday! I am a General Contractor and I was running an errand for Energy Air and was not quite sure what I was grabbing but Webb helped me decipher what was needed and get me on my way. Thank you for helping us meet a tight deadline.
Bad customer service. Spent less than 5 minutes was rejected because i dont have a plumbers license when i can buy the same part online
