We came in with a small unmarked broken piece from our on demand water heater....Mike was SO helpful with our hopeless request!!! Nicest ma n & great employee
When all was said and done a good % of the order we put together while we were in the showroom was wrong. The quote they give you is so hard to figure out, you really should include pictures of the products so i would have been able to discern quickly what was what. Chrome fixtures mixed with brushed nickel, missing shower doors, wrong towel hooks, etc. Also, the woman that helped us was from the Dover facility so my contractor had to drive to Dover instead of picking up down the street.
