I called with a specific product that this branch had in stock and he did everything he could to ship it to New England without any hesitation. I would like to mention that Russ has been excellent to work with each and every time I've contacted him. Russ is friendly, has the willingness to really help people out and has a good sense of humor too! Most importantly, Russ is a good representative of the company and has gone above and beyond to make sure he got us the items we needed in a timely fashion !
