I didn’t realize that FW Webb is so regionalized where if you purchased something at one location you really should be returning that product to that same location, even if the product is very small, like a few small dental fauset parts. However, I am really grateful for the gentleman at this location to go out of his way to process a return on my order purchased at Bellingham location. I went to the Bridgewater store looking for a power vent blower motor (I had the old motor with me) the counter guy was working on the computer after a few minutes of me standing there he finally acknowledged me and ask what it was for and if I had the make and model number of the boiler which I did not have. I asked him if he could look it up by the part number on the blower motor he said it was a waste of his time to go see a salesperson. At that point I just walked out the door.
