On a rare occasion I leave a 1 star review it’s because I really mean it. As a licensed plumber in the state of Massachusetts, I take pride in building good relationships with our local supply house companies. Today I was simply picking up a trim kit for a shower that a customer had ordered. I didn’t realize that FW Webb is so regionalized where if you purchased something at one location you really should be returning that product to that same location, even if the product is very small, like a few small dental fauset parts. However, I am really grateful for the gentleman at this location to go out of his way to process a return on my order purchased at Bellingham location. It was hard because customer numbers for the same customer are different by location, etc. He spent a lot of time and got it accomplished. T... read more
