☆ FW Webb is a great store with an excellent layout and a huge selection of materials. They seem to have just about everything you could need, which makes it a convenient place to shop. I especially want to recognize Jimmy, who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed and provided outstanding customer service. The counter guys are very helpful. Made sure I got everything I needed before I left and went up and beyond to find parts for the boiler I needed.

Good experience 2 years ago but not this time around. I ordered a set of kitchen cabinet hardware on September 15, 2025. My salesperson told me they would ship from New Jersey and arrive within a few days. When the order arrived, the wrong item was shipped by the warehouse.
