Good experience 2 years ago but not this time around. I ordered a set of kitchen cabinet hardware on September 15, 2025. My salesperson told me they would ship from New Jersey and arrive within a few days. When the order arrived, the wrong item was shipped by the warehouse. Saturday morning, we were the only customers in the SHOWROOM, three employees, and none of them greeted us or asked us what we needed. One employee reluctantly looked up the item we needed, we bought it. We were told to drive around to the side, we waited outside a chain link fence for 15-20. I called back into the showroom, “I was just about to call you. The inventory was wrong, we only have part of what you need.” The whole experience was annoying. My spouse had to drive to Hyannis to get the missing part.
Had everything I needed.
