The absolute best place to go! They are friendly, fast, and end up costing significantly less than a worse experience at a bigger hospital would cost. Can not recommend this place enough!
My wife was very sick with Influenza A on Christmas Eve and they went above and beyond to prescribe several medications to help her with coughing, fever and aches. They also made calls to find a pharmacy that was open on Christmas Eve. We greatly appreciate the care and assistance. We are very glad to have a 24 hour urgent care available in our area. Thank you so much!
In the past I have had good service, and love my doctor at FW Huston, but I saw a nurse practitioner, and aid for a last minute appointment and this experience has been very disappointed. I am now on day two of trying to get my prescription called in to my pharmacy after 7 calls to the clinic , and 3 trips to my pharmacy. Only half of my prescription was finally called in while the pharmacy was closing. Very frustrating and disappointing service!
