Very nice staff, they did give me wrong information about the return policy but that’s no big deal.
Just went to Rona this morning and I needed a very specific wire saw for PVC. Luckily for me four guys all teamed up and looked for it for about 15 minutes for me It's so nice when people actually want to help you.
Customer service wasn’t very helpful over the phone pertaining a defective product return or exchange. I also don’t have a receipt since it was a month ago but usually the store in Maple Ridge is far more helpful with more information. I work for a store similar to this one, there’s different ways to have a conversation over the phone. Also, found it unprofessional when they answered the phone with “hi” I actually had to ask if I was speaking with someone at Rona. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store in the past, but during my last visit, I had a very bad experience. The customer service was unbelievably insulting and rude and the owner was even worse. I will never shop there again.
