Dr. Balmer has seen both myself and my children through some of our darkest times. Not sure why I didn't come here to review a long time ago but better late than never I suppose. Regardless I wish everyone had a Dr. Fleming in their life as I had years ago. I know i was truly blessed or lucky, whichever way you prefer to see it to have his council through the most difficult time in my life.
